Dean is an accomplished Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the tax and accounting Industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the College of Idaho. In addition, Dean holds a Master of Science in Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation from Boise State University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University.

Dean began his career in accounting with an internship at his father’s firm where he worked seasonally throughout the 1990s. After joining the firm full-time in 2004, he partnered with his father in 2007 and later purchased the practice in 2009. Under his leadership, the firm has experienced significant growth, including relocating in 2024 to a new larger facility in Eagle, Idaho where he and his family also reside.

As a proud sixth-generation Idahoan, Dean enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children, traveling frequently, and spending a great deal of time in Idaho's great outdoors. His passion for adventure most recently led to obtaining his Private Pilot’s license.
